There is an uncomfortable fact underneath self-custody that the industry has quietly agreed not to dwell on.
Not your keys, not your coins. Everyone repeats it. Fewer people finish the thought, which is that if something happens to you, your keys go with you. There is no recovery flow, no support ticket, no legal process that works. An enormous amount of crypto has already been lost this way, permanently, and it will keep happening because the property that makes self-custody powerful is exactly the property that makes it unforgiving.
Today we are announcing a partnership with a team building for that reality: SoloBox.
Who SoloBox are
SoloBox describes itself as a zero-knowledge vault that outlives you, and the architecture backs the phrase up.
Encryption happens entirely on your device. SoloBox never holds your key and never sees your data, which they describe not as a policy commitment but as structurally impossible. Files are stored on IPFS rather than on infrastructure that disappears if a company does.
Three protocols sit on top of that.
Absolute Privacy is the baseline: on-device encryption, zero knowledge, nothing readable by anyone but you.
Sentinel Protocol is the part that makes SoloBox unusual. You set a silence threshold. If you go quiet past it, encrypted key shards are automatically and irreversibly delivered to the beneficiary you designated. They describe it as monitoring your digital heartbeat, which sounds dramatic until you consider that the alternative is a family with no route to something they know exists.

Their own comparison against traditional cloud storage is the clearest statement of the difference. On iCloud or Google Drive the platform holds the encryption key, can read your files, and inheritance means a legal process running six to eighteen months with no guarantee at the end. With SoloBox only you hold the key, the provider reading your files is impossible by design, and the handover is automatic.
The cryptography is deliberately unexciting, which is the correct choice: AES-256-GCM, Argon2id, IPFS, Secure Enclave, end-to-end encryption and crypto-shredding. Their stated position is battle-tested, peer-reviewed cryptography and no proprietary algorithms.
Who we are
Ozak AI builds agentic intelligence for traders. Our flagship product, Ozak AI Eon, came out of private beta after more than 100,000 users and is now open to everyone.
Ask Eon a question in plain language and specialist agents work across technicals, fundamentals, derivatives positioning, on-chain flow and news, returning one reconciled answer. It runs a live signals engine across the market, portfolio analytics spanning five chains, and non-custodial execution.
That last word matters here. Eon is non-custodial throughout. Wallet connections for portfolio analysis are read-only, and any execution goes through your own wallet on your authorisation. We built it that way because we do not think a platform should be able to touch what belongs to the people using it.
What both teams actually agree on
Plenty of products claim to care about user sovereignty. The test is whether the architecture makes the claim redundant.
A platform should not be able to access what is yours, and the reason should be design rather than promise.
SoloBox expresses this by making it cryptographically impossible for them to read your data at all. We express it by never taking custody, never moving funds, and keeping wallet access read-only for anything analytical.
There is a second thing both teams landed on independently, which is a refusal to hide behind proprietary machinery. SoloBox uses peer-reviewed cryptography and says openly that it runs no algorithms of its own invention. We publish the full reasoning behind every signal Eon produces, and our own hit rate including the calls that went the wrong way.
Different problems entirely. Same instinct about what users are owed.
What comes next
The number of people holding meaningful value in systems only they can access keeps rising, and the tooling for what happens afterwards has barely existed. Building it properly means building it so the people who made it cannot get in either, which is a harder engineering problem than it sounds and a much harder commercial one.
